Basic course photography
Have you always dreamed of using your camera differently from the automatic mode?
You want to discover photography and understand its technical basics?
Then this course is the right one for you. We will learn the basics of photography and how to apply what you have learned to the settings of your camera.
Shutter speed, aperture and ISO will no longer be a secret for you.
On the morning of the course we will deal with the theory.
In the afternoon we will apply and try out our knowledge in practice.
The city of Lenzburg is an ideal place to experiment and play.

Short bio
My relationship with photography began when I was 9 years old. In the 1980s I worked as a client consultant. Special attention was paid to the need for photographic equipment. With a passion for technology and human relations I worked for one of the leading brands in this field. I have been advising professional retailers and photographers for 26 years. For 3 years I have been giving photography courses for amateurs and advanced photographers. Since 2018 I am also active for technical support as a member of the Fotofestival Lenzburg.
I bring a personal vision and proven experience from many years in this field.
Pino Stranieri

Short bio
Born 1960 in Aarau, studied German and Romance languages and literature in Zurich. Several years as a language lecturer in adult education. After various positions in the private sector, as head of training and later key account manager, founded his own business.
Since 2016 again lecturer for languages and communication theory. At the same time, he began working as a freelance photographer.
My focus is on portrait, landscape and macro photography. My assignments include portraits, event shootings, weddings and reports including text. In photography workshops I can combine my many years of experience as an adult educator and my passion for photography.
